WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO OPEN A BRANCH AT SOLO DISTRICT?: SOLO District is central and connected, and epitomizes the future of urban living. With improvements to rapid transit and new residential, retail and office development, the population of the community is projected to increase by 41 percent in the next six years alone. Appia kept residents in mind when building and designing SOLO District, and that matches our vision as a member-centric organization.
